Internship Program

Requirements:

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

1. Certification of grades indicating clinical subjects taken and graduating status
2. Letter of endorsement (addressed to the National Executive Director) from college dean indicating the required number of hours of clinical practicum (100 hours minimum)
3. Resume with photo
4. Training fee of Php 1,000.00

FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS:

1. Copy of official Transcript of Records
2. Certification of grades indicating clinical subjects taken
3. Letter of endorsement (addressed to the National Executive Director) from college dean indicating the required number of hours of clinical practicum (100 hours minimum)
4. Updated resume with photo
5. Training fee of Php 1,800.00

- Pre-screening (Interview and Testing)
- Orientation
- Payment of training fee
- Contract signing
