I. Education, Advocacy and Research Department (EARD)
The EARD is the primary program of the Association. It continues to strengthen its advocacy to promote mental health and prevent mental disorders through increasing public awareness campaigns and activities.
The CDS is the secondary program of the Association. The CDS provides, on an out-patient basis, mental health services to children, adolescents and adults who have emotional and behavioral problems and/or mental disorder.
The IS is the tertiary program of the Association. The IS provides holistic and client-centered intervention programs to children and adolescents with special needs, as well as out-patient vocational and psychosocial therapeutic programs for psychiatric patients/persons with mental illness (mental health consumers).
